Great service, the guys are friendly, but didn’t realise how far out from the cruise ship terminal it was, and also when I picked my car up it had a dent in the back, where it looked as though it was reversed into, so that was a bit disappointing.

I have used this Company many times and as usual they were fantastic. With my latest booking I received a call from Matt just reminding us about the new address in Botany. On our return we were greeted by heavy rain, no problems for the team at Botany they made sure everyone transferred in dry conditions.

You drive in, pop the boot, and hand your car keys over. From there the staff handle Everything, and i mean everything.
You can relax knowing your car is safe and locked away while you holiday.

What a fantastic service! The staff are all very friendly and polite. The drop off procedure is smooth and easy and we were promptly taken to our ship. On our return we called and the shuttle was already on the way, arriving minutes later. Amazingly, we were back to our car within 45minutes of leaving our cabin on the ship!
I will not hesitate to use Sydney Cruise Ship Parking again and highly recommend them to anyone travelling to Sydney for a cruise.

I have to give the crew at Cruise Ship Parking a big rap, under cover, secure parking coupled with the most friendly and helpful staff. On arrival our luggage was transferred from our vehicle to the mini-bus for us, we were then driven to the wharf And luggage unloaded for us.
On our return I received a phone call to tell me that our ride was waiting for us, back to the storage garage, while I completed the paperwork our luggage was transferred to our vehicle ready for departure.

We had 4 cars, 18 people, Matt and his crew were amazing. Took us to and from a cruise 🚢 ship in one bus altogether, loaded suitcases with ease and made us feel comfortable that we left our cars with them for 10 Days.. Credit to you guys.. Will definitely use again and recommend all my family and friends to use you guys.. Communicate was fantastic.

This company is awesome. Found them on the net when we wanted a place to leave the car whilst going on a cruise. When you arrive there, the staff a friendly and welcoming. They also get you to and from the terminals, whether its circular quay or white bay. All cars are locked up inside the building and kept safe till you return. Their rates are fantastic per day and there is an extra small cost transfer to and from the ship which is so worth it. I would recommend them to everyone who is... cruising and will definitely use them every time i need to.read more

What a fantastic service.
Extremely friendly staff and very convenient. Just Like a Valet car service, you rock up, get out of your car, give them the keys, hop on the bus and they will park your car as your riding off to get on your cruise. Also the convenience of getting of the cruise was awsome aswell. Just walked up to the baracades and called them and we were in the bus and on our way back to our car within 10 or 15 mins.
Will definitely be using this service again and also would... recommend them to anyone. Thanks for making our trip an easy one.

Excellent service, we dropped the car off and they loaded our bags straight into the mini bus and transported us to the Cruise terminal. On the way back from our ten day cruise we called them and they picked us up in 15 minutes. We got straight into our car which was ready and away we went. The service is second to none. First time we used this Company, they were excellent, we drove in, they were there ready to load our luggage and we were in the bus and taken straight to the Overseas Terminal and dropped at the entry.

We cannot rave about this company enough. Friendly amazing service from the moment we drove in we were straight in the bus to terminal and quick easy. On arrival back to port they were there within minutes of us leaving terminal and home . Our car was waiting staff put our luggage in car. Everyone so friendly and courteous amazing service. When booking online, it takes you through the whole process, you receive a confirmation email with all the details only to get an email the following day saying “sorry we are full and can’t accept your booking anymore”.
Maybe your system needs to reflect availability or lack of it at the time of booking.

Horrible service. Extremely rude guy who i assume is in charge. Was rude from the first phone call. Our brand new car had a very large scratch when we picked it up, which was definitely not there when we dropped it off. Lied saying the bus was waiting for us to be picked up when we arrived back when it wasnt there, then proceeded to tell us we were too slow for the bus. These people know how to provide great customer service. Secure parking, prompt delivery to the passenger terminal and a quick response when I called to get a pickup on our return. Very friendly and nice to talk to on the bus ride as well. Even wanted us to leave loading and unloading the bags from the bus to them. And all of this for a great price for parking in Sydney. A definite recommendation which I don't give lightly.
